Mental & Spiritual
Like many of us staying above water and remaining sane can be extremely trying. With my hectic schedule, I often lose myself in work and my mental, physical and spiritual life tend to suffer. Work and life burnout is real and I can assure you that no one is happy when this occurs. When in need of a mental and spiritual rejuvenation, I turn to my spiritual building blocks: God, reaffirming music and peaceful silence. Sometimes, disconnecting from the world is necessary. It also helps to have positive individuals in your life that can pass along motivational guidance.

 Body
As a blogger who also happens to be plus size  I often get asked if I am contributing to women forming unhealthy self images. My answer will always be NO WAY! Why should my worth, self-esteem, pleasure, and intellect be spent on worrying constantly about my weight? That's no way to live. Women with larger frames can still live an active life. I often turn to images that resemble who I am. Women that have a tenacity to live the best life possible. These two ladies below keep me encouraged in the skin I'm in.
